A sterling silver Celtic cross necklace which is an authentic copy of the designs of the real Cross of Muirdeach/Monasterboice located in Co. Louth, north of Drogeda in the east of Ireland. The cross, which stands at c.5.2 metres high, is believed to have been carved in the 9th or 10th century and features words translated as "A prayer for Muirdeach, for whom this cross was made." The version cross in this necklace measures 3cm by 1cm and comes on a 46cm or 18inch chain. Made in Ireland.
